Obama Spoof – I Can Do Whatever I Like
This video is hilarious. If you like T.I. and already know the real song, then it’s even more funny.
Drunken Negro Cookies
Believe it or not, some baker in NY has figured out a sure-fire way to get media attention.
He has, “In honor of President Obama’s Inauguration”, decided to produce a line of cookies called “Drunken Negro Cookies.
Here’s a pic:

As many, including myself, have predicted, the trend of racism in America, instead of vanishing abruptly, as the media would have us believe, is experiencing a strong resurgence in the wake of President Obama’s taking the presidency.
Angry individuals, who absolutely hate the idea of a black president, are now beginning to lash out in increasingly blatant ways. Just this morning CNN ran a story on increased White on Black Crime.
Here’s a link to the full story on the cookies. I’m posting a second one just in case the first one winds up deleted for some reason (as often happens with these types of stories). In fact one of the links that I was going to post has already been taken down by MyFoxNy.com…
Picture Of The Day
Normally I don’t write comments to the Pictures of The Day, but this one warrants some commentary nevertheless.
Although I do have some issues with President Obama’s positions, especially as related to homosexuality, and the muzzling of religious figures (as was seen during the Reverend Wright scandal) I don’t agree with the demonizing of him that has occurred in many quarters on the basis of how much he has inspired blacks in America, and around the world.
Images like this are increasingly common online, as artists seek to depict those who “believe” in President Obama’s ability to affect positive change in the world as being deluded, blind followers, akin to those in a religious cult.
I object to this for a large number of reasons, but especially because the “fervor” of Obama supporters seems to be condemned while the fervor of G.W. Bush supporters, during his heyday, was applauded.
White Christians, and some minority ones, praised him for his faith and his “moral character”. There is even one video where kids worship and praise an image of President Bush.
Don’t believe me? Check it out:
Is the historic nature of what just happened lost on everyone without dark skin? A Black man just became the President of a majority non-black country which was whipping and killing blacks wholesale just 40 years ago.
This feat has no parallel in the modern world whatsoever. So if blacks across the planet celebrated (and they did), even if you can’t understand: Don’t condemn.
Watch The Arrivals
An outstanding documentary series, although some parts of it go far afield it is, overall, both worthwhile and recommended.
Just the portion on subliminal cartoon imagery is worth the price of admission, so to speak.

The Hunger
Now that the dust has settled and the mantle has been passed, the uncomfortable realities face America once again.
The economy is in tatters, and the government is increasingly scaling back spending, especially on the poor and nonprofit organizations.
It seems that those of us who are able to think for ourselves are rapidly going to have to come to terms with the idea of self-sufficiency.
Did you know that all but the rural areas of America are, at most, one week away from starvation?
Consider that your local grocery store, usually only stocks what they believe will sell within a two to three week period, so as to avoid revenue loss due to spoilage.
This means that if the supply trucks stop coming, the stores woudl run rut of products after two to three weeks of normal purchasing patterns.
Notice that I said “Normal Purchasing Patterns”. Of course as soon as people realize that the supplies are not coming in anymore, they will begin to horde groceries. This lowers the available food supply to under a week.
And of course once the food runs out, the community is only a crying baby away from mothers and fathers choosing to do “whatever it takes” to feed their families.
For the dads out there, what woudl you do if you daughter was starving to death before your eyes. How long could you hold out before you decided to feed her, no matter who you had to hurt to make it happen?
And what about the mothers out there. The “motherhood instinct” can be a terrible thing if one ever got on the wrong side of it.
This is what we as a nation face, if the financial crisis is not resolved quickly. All it takes is one community without food to begin the Fall in earnest.
The Divine President
Today America carried out a tradition that is both old, yet was made new.
It was old, because presidents have been handing power from one to the other for a very long time. It is new because, for the first time, it was handed to a Black Man.
And although I, like much of America, was impressed by the history of the moment, I was not swept away by it.
President Barack Obama carries in him the hopes of billions of Black People across the planet who are beginning to see him as one endowed with divine purpose.
He has parted the waters or politics quite well, but now we will see if he can walk on them as well.
HUGE STORY – No more Public Aid in California
A potentially fatal blow to the livelihood of some low-income Californian households.
The State Controller, John Chiang, has announced that effective February 1st, the state will halt all Public Aid payments and Tax Refunds.
Of course this could be political manuevering to force the state officials to pass a budget, but using the poor of the state as pawns in the game would be a low blow indeed.

The Key To Understanding
It’s amazing how naive people are.
The governments and the elite of the world woudl have us all believe that events happen by accident. They claim that wars occur just because of chance events, often called a “Perfect Storm”.
Reality is quite different.
Almost all events on the international stage occur because of careful planning, preparation and implementation by a select few co-conspirators.
I term the view of history taught in history as the “Accidental View Of History”, as opposed to my view, which is the “Conspiratorial View of History”.
I did not create these terms, by the way. I first ran across them in the writing of a fellow named Michael Haupt. Unfortunately he has become publicly inactive in recent years, but I did enjoy his writings while he was around.
Anyway, the conspiratorial view of history can be explained by the statement that, “The majority of world events occur intentionally and are planned in advance.”
Every war which the US has been involved in since it’s inception has been claimed as a response to unforseen events which [recipitate the need for war.
This is a clear falsehood.
I don’t have time to go into all of the details here, but do the research yourself and you will find that every single war which America has entered into, has had an event planned, or allowed to occur, by the US military-governmental apparatus which “forced” the US to get involved.
Even the Gaza/Israeli conflict, which is really more of a slaughter, was clearly prearranged, as is the end goal of the action.
As you read the news from now on, avoid beilg fooled into the belief that what you are reading about happened by accident. It almost certainly did not.
This understanding alone suddenly makes disparate, unconnected events, make sense and you will begin to see the connections between them.

Beta Testing

It's Da Bomb
A few years back I was working with an ex-military fellow, who seemed to have very strong opinions about everything. He was one of those that had something to say about any discussion topic, no matter what the conversation was about.
Some of his comments were actually pretty good.
For instance, on one occasion we were talking about the war in the Middle East (I don’t remember which one, since there are always wars in the Middle East). I and some other guys were complaining about the U.S.A. and Israel always being quick to jump into conflict against poor, poorly armed countries and groups.
I know, the conversation was nothing out of the ordinary.
But the point is that this ex-military fellow chimed in with a very interesting comment.
He said that if you pay close attention, every well-armed nation, like the U.S.A. and Israel, for example, have to go into some small conflict every few years. He postulated that the militaries, after they have passed the alpha testing phase, have to do beta testing in the real world, against real enemies.
It’s the only way that they can ensure that the new generation of weapons is actually worth paying for, and will work if they have to get into a war against a real enemy, like Russia or China.
I had never thought of military conflict that way, but after reflection, it did make sense, if in a sinister kind of way. I suppose that bombs, like the so-called “surgical strike munitions”, which are supposed to kill a certain number of people, in a certain way, with a certain amount of collateral damage, would have to be tested once in a while to ensure effectiveness.
From a purely military standpoint it makes perfect sense, but from a moral standpoint it is appaling.
Unfortunately the immoral are the ones with the finger on the buttons…
